		<description>Your blog seems covering all the required parts. financial planning is a must and start very early to over come almost all the future problems like study, retirements, home and so on... when our people going to get more aware about this. 

In my opinion, financial planning requirement should be subject from school level and companies provide the required training during induction for new employees... this will at least give him and awareness of pension plans...

what do you think about that?
